Ticket sale terms

Events.

All events arranged by the KPRA are for the benefit of the members of the Association.

 The member will have to conform to the definition as described in Section 6.1 and 6.2 of this constitution.

When events are advertised and the organiser thinks it appropriate the member, as described above, may take a guest.

If the event is organised by the Association and a subsidy is given then only members can benefit from that subsidy. 

If an event is advertised for members and guests then the member obtaining the tickets must attend the event. No ticket is transferrable, the named members and guests will be the only people admitted and proof of membership will be required to be produced when asked.

The method of allocating tickets will be made by one of the following systems:

• If a limited number of tickets for the event are available and the tickets are oversubscribed then the allocation of tickets will be made by ballot.
• If a limited number of tickets for the event are available then the number of tickets the member can apply for will be limited.
• If the tickets for an event are supplied at short notice, i.e. a month or less, then a period of notice will be given prior to the release of the tickets, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
• If the number of tickets for an event are not restricted then the member will be entitled to as many tickets as the member wants.
